Welcome to our stylish, mid-century modern mountain retreat in Alpine Meadows, 5 mins from Tahoe City and 10 mins to Truckee. This retreat is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac among towering pines and snow-capped peaks in the winter and a dreamy spring running through the backyard in spring and summer. Nestled in a serene setting, our cozy home is the perfect haven for your mountain or beach getaway. After a day spent on the slopes or a day swimming at the Lake, enjoy the mid-century meets rustic log cabin decor and period architectural details with modern amenities, while relaxing in front of a roaring fire or treating yourself to a Scandinavian inspired dry sauna.
We are perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Tahoe and Truckee area. For winter enthusiasts, world-class Alpine Meadows ski resort is just up the street and Palisades Ski Resort, shopping and dining is about a 10 min drive. For summer activities, the beautiful Tahoe City beach is 10 mins, west side beaches are 20 mins and Truckee river rafting is 10 mins. Several hikes such as the Seven Lakes Hike is a mere 5 minute drive from the house.

Recently renovated and featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 fully renovated bathrooms, an upstairs loft for relaxing and playing board games, a brand new designer kitchen with chef range from Blue Star for cooking enthusiasts and a stunning Saarinen marble dining table to gather around. The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light with large windows framing breathtaking views of the surrounding alpine landscape. The two bedrooms on the entry level each have a full bed, the primary bedroom has a queen bed and the lofted area includes two twin beds.

This is a pet-friendly home to 1 DOG ONLY! There will be a $100 pet fee plus tax added.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Please note: We automatically add Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance to your reservation. This costs $45 total. If you want to satisfy our Accidental Damage Insurance requirement another way, you can reach out to us and opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000 on the card we have on file for the reservation.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
