Salisbury Serenity: A Tranquil Mountain Retreat in Kings Beach
Nestled in the peaceful mountain side of Kings Beach, Salisbury Serenity offers a serene getaway with breathtaking peek views of Lake Tahoe. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this charming retreat provides direct access to miles of National Forest trails, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing (snowshoes provided). Just five minutes from pristine beaches and world-class golfing, and a short drive to NorthStar Resort, Incline Village, and Diamond Peak Resort, this location is ideal for year-round adventure. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, Salisbury Serenity is the perfect home base for your Tahoe getaway.

This luxurious home features expansive vaulted ceilings and tasteful architecture that combines style and comfort. As you ascend the exterior stairs and enter the front door, you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room. The living area is warm and inviting, with a stone-faced fireplace and an up-to-date entertainment center. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and provide views of the lake from the living area, which opens up to one of two private decks—perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the views.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with sleek granite countertops, updated appliances, and a spacious island with counter seating. Whether you're preparing a family meal or entertaining guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas stovetop, double oven, microwave, blender, Cuisinart, toaster, coffee maker, Vertu Nespresso machine (bring your own pods), and much more. The beautiful dining area seats 10, making it ideal for large family meals or dinner parties.

With four bedrooms, Salisbury Serenity comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The master suite, located on the upper level, has a king bed, private full bath, and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and three sets of twin bunk beds (with a fun foosball table in the bunk room). Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and cable, and the home offers free Wi-Fi throughout.

Outdoor living is just as impressive with two decks—both furnished with dining tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The front deck also includes two chaise lounges for ultimate relaxation, while the back deck features a Weber gas BBQ for easy outdoor cooking.
This 2,300-square-foot home also includes a two-car garage for added convenience and a smoke- and pet-free environment to ensure a fresh, clean space.

PLEASE NOTE: Exterior Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with 2 outdoor cameras. 1 is outside the front door and 1 is outside the door from the garage. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. This home may be equipped with electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.    Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

Please note: We automatically add Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance to your reservation.  This costs $45 total. If you want to satisfy our Accidental Damage Insurance requirement another way, you can reach out to us and opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000 on the card we have on file for the reservation.

Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be on December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th or 25th 
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required.  **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
