The centerpiece to this lovely town home is the brand new kitchen with granite counter tops, alder cabinets all new appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, and there is also a center island with glass pendants lights and breakfast bar that makes entertaining a breeze.
Downstairs is the living level, with a nice size living room, and stone gas fireplace. The entire downstairs has beautiful hickory hardwood floors. Just outside the dining area is a large deck, with a patio table and chairs and a gas BBQ. There is a nice laundry area and half bath on the living level.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom a queen, the second has a queen bed. The large master suite has a queen bed, a walk in closet and an en suite bath with separate shower room and sink area - perfect for a couple!
The complex features two swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground in the summer. There is also a year round hot tub. Two wonderful beaches are a short walk away and there is a nearby bike trail into Tahoe City.

These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
